National Grief Awareness Day
Feels extra important for us to call out National Grief Awareness Day this year.
There are a lot of things to be grieving: the loss of our loved ones, loss of electricity, loss of homes, loss of “normalcy”, loss of stability, just to name the big ones. That feeling that seems to be simmering under the surface most days is grief, and the sooner we can name it, the sooner we can grapple with it and call it out as an important part of the human condition.
For anyone who is grieving the loss of anything today, we hope you’re able to at least indulge in some expression of that grief in a way that is cathartic.
