JUST ONE

One of the lovely moments in our holiday stress discussion was the idea of setting one, JUST ONE, intention for the holidays.

Naming an intention can really help set you up to have a better experience and it helps you go into a potentially fraught moment(s) with….well, intention!

Some examples we heard: "do my best to be present with my family”, “to hug my loved ones and tell them I love them"

It can be simple, as long as it’s true to you.
