We’re not sure we agree, but it’s interesting to think about the intersection of these two things and how powerful they both can be.
Gratitude can help rightsize difficult feelings and help you to connect with the now, while regret can trample all other feelings and overwhelm you with things you “could” have done. We are all about mitigating regret in all areas so you can live more fully in the now, but there’s always going to be a bit of regret, cause hey! we’re human.
