A conversation with the The Healing Ties podcast

When you find yourself with a free moment, check out the lovely conversation between Mettle Health founder BJ Miller, and (the wonderful) Christopher MacLellan for The Healing Ties podcast. A discussion that asks us: how do we heal the physical, social, financial, spiritual aspect of our life, and the lives of those around us? How do we care for our family, friends, and the strangers we meet? How do we care for the community we live in? Important questions that we attempt to dig into on daily basis.

It sounds like a big lift, but caring for others can as little as holding the door open for someone else, asking a person about their lives, or heck, just telling them that shirt looks great on them!

We hope you enjoy, and consider sharing with us how you care for your friends, family or strangers - we’d love to learn from your experiences and incorporate your practices into our own.
