Book a one-on-one hour-long session for yourself and a Mettle Health counselor, or include a trusted family member, or friend in your consultation. All topics are up for discussion: managing an illness, dealing with grief, or maybe you’re not sure what you need, but know you need something, we can help.
Nutrition Coaching

Food is an emotional issue at all stages of life, so navigating food choices when under-going treatment and receiving care can be daunting. Rebecca Katz provides non-prescriptive nutritional counseling is designed to help people find comfort and deep nourishment during illness and end of life care.
