Patient-Centered Discussion: Lessons Learned

Join Mettle Health counselor Ladybird Morgan, RN and MSW, and Dani Chammas, MD, as well as two Mettle community co-hosts for an informal and interactive discussion on what it is to live with a serious illness.

Patient-centered care means talking to, and learning from, people living with serious or chronic illness. How do they view their experience, what do they want more of from the medical team, what lessons have they learned and what can we learn from them? Join us for a special discussion co-hosted by members of the Mettle Health community.

All online discussions begins with a basic overview before opening up to the group for Q&A and conversation. This session should feel as supportive as it does educational, so bring your questions and comments, or feel free to just listen. Together, we’ll explore real life examples and address your questions.

Discussions are held online and once registered, you will receive a link via email to join on video or by phone.

If you can't make it to the live session you will receive a recording.
