Trauma and Grief

Our usual refrain holds true here as well: we are biased, but we really loved this joint discussion with BJ Miller and Ladybird Morgan on trauma and grief. And judging from the responses we received after the talk, it resonated with others as well.

This one goes a bit beyond the traditional themes of illness to thinking about how generational trauma, and external cues from the world we’re all currently living in might create distress in our daily lives. We hope you’ll take some time to listen, and if you feel so inclined, let us know what thoughts it provoked in you!
