The problem with wills

Couldn’t agree more with the observations in this The Atlantic piece on the problem(s) with wills in this country. Perceptions of worth, archaic laws that haven’t caught up to reality, many new and different ways to build a family all play into issues that can plague survivors after someone has died.

We encourage a read (it’s quick!) ‘cause it’s something that will apply to all of us at some point and the more you know and understand now, the better prepared you’ll be later.
