My favorites are White Fang, Lassie Come-Home (classic!), Clifford the Big Red Dog, you get the idea.

Reading is pretty magical, right? You get to go somewhere else while just sitting still, escape into adventures, get lost in a new story! AND it turns out that reading can lower your heart rate, help you sleep and ease tension and stress (by up to 68% according to a study at the University of Sussex). Just the act of participating by page turning is supposed to be good for our brains!

So with all that wonderful information about books in mind: what cha readin’??
