Preparing for the end

TRUTH!! We plan out births, graduations, marriages, retirement, but the same amount of time and planning is not afforded to the end of a life.

Mettle Health founder BJ Miller and Shoshana Berger worked together to publish A Beginner’s Guide to the End in 2019, and we love their interview with Sam Harris for the Making Sense Podcast. Why should we prepare for death while we’re still healthy, what’s the difference between hospice and palliative care and how to make the most of our lives while also being able to let go and embrace change.

Between the 3 of them, there’s a lot of goodness in the room, we hope that if you haven’t already, you take a listen when you have a moment!
