Movie Night

Happy Thursday

(I know, I know, I usually check in on Mondays, but I’m doing a Mid-Week Maysie Mettle post instead)

The world is kinda RUFF right now, right? What can you do to get your brain away from thinking about the hard stuff to give yourself a break? I suggest movie night! You could try the Isle of Dogs, Lady and the Tramp, Old Yeller, Homeward Bound, My Dog Skip - you get the idea.

Watching movies can be therapeutic for everyone; letting yourself get into the mindset of another person in love, action, drama, etc. can change our attitudes and how we’re thinking and feeling in a certain moment. Super hard day? Maybe a kid's cartoon movie can soften the edges, or a comedy to laugh some of that stress out.

What’s your go-to for escaping into a film?
