Have you had a soul searching moment that cracked open some things for you?

Let’s.Get. Into. IT. And by “it", I mean YOU. Do you have enough time to be alone with your thoughts, to do some soul searching? I know, I know, that might sound crazy cause A) where the heck are you supposed to find that time? B) that doesn’t sound very productive and C) that’s just for people who are’t happy. I wood argue that it IS very important, on an ongoing basis, for all of us!

It’s just a check in, every so often, with yourself. Are you feeling motivated? Do you feel like you get to be your true self the majority of the time? Are you getting time that relaxes you and takes you away from stressors? If yes, great! Carry on! But if not, now may be a good time to consider where you can make changes.

I’ve heard (from my human friends) that it can be easy to get swept up in life and lose a bit of yourself along the way, so this is just a right-sizing of that totally normal phenomenon.

Have you had a soul searching moment that cracked open some things for you? I’m all ears...and paws🐾
