Coping with multiple losses

OK, we know we say this a lot, but this discussion on multiple losses might be our all time favorite. When we say multiple losses, we don’t just mean of people who have died. We mean the loss of a job, a pet, a bodily function, and on top of this, family and friends, (you know, LIFE.)

Multiple losses in any category add up quickly and can easily feel overwhelming without a way to cope and deal with them.

For anyone who is in the space of what feels like ongoing loss, we encourage you to check out this conversation led by BJ Miller and Tom Grothe. They each bring a different perspective to the topic and it makes for a richer conversation on calling out the difficulties of loss - they also discuss how to find a small foothold to cope and move forward when it might feel like there’s nothing positive on the horizon.
