Coping Mechanism

Going back to the archives for some lovely observations from previous discussions, this one on coping.

These days, it feels like we’re all in some state that needs a coping mechanism. You may be coping with something very personal like an illness or a loss, or a bigger picture issue that affects everyone. Whatever it is, coping is an important skill set and doesn’t just come naturally to everyone.

What coping techniques have you learned anew or what tried and true coping mechanisms have you employed in the last couple months that have helped you? Or better yet, what used to work, but maybe doesn’t anymore and you have to regroup?
