Conversation with No Times To Waste podcast

We (polite company, society in general, the clinical system, etc.) think that by not bringing up death and dying and grief and suffering, that we’re shielding people from harsh realities. But really, the damage is done in staying silent about these things and leaving people to navigate them in the dark without guidance.

We get sick, we die, it’s part of being human and we will make people feel a whole lot less alone if we accompany them through that experience. We may not be able to fix it, but we can do it together.

This candid conversation with Alison and Mettle Health founder BJ Miller for the No Times To Waste podcast is one of our favorites just for the tone of talking about hard stuff in the way you would with your friends. We hope you’ll take away that same vibe.
