What is YOUR story vs. what another person may decide is your story

This discussion might be the one that has received the most -incredibly positive- feedback.

Michelle Irving joined us to talk about stories. What is your story/idea of what wellness is? Where did that idea come from? What is your idea of what illness is and where did that come from?

All this thought leads up to what is YOUR story vs. what another person may decide is your story? You may look in the mirror and see a badass getting through a tough period, and other people see an opportunity for infantilization. (Or vice versa!) And here’s the best part, you can change the story if the old one is no longer serving you, how freeing is that?

We REALLY hope you’ll check this one out. Huge thanks again to Michelle for sharing her wisdom with us.
