The Heart of Hospice founders are WONDERFUL people and we’re so happy to have been invited to be on their podcast to talk about one of our favorite subjects.

The Heart of Hospice is not hospice agency, or a company. It’s a group of projects designed to educate, encourage, and support anyone who needs information about end of life care. Their mission is to enhance the hospice experience for patients, caregivers, volunteers, and hospice professionals. How fabulous is that?!
