Swimming!

I can never remember which day of the week no one likes. After many days of vigilance (Who is the person walking by? Is that poodle friend or foe? What exactly is that squirrel up to? Is my human out of the room so I can safely eat the cat food?) I like to relax with a dip in the pool – or, ocean, lake, river, mud-puddle, they all work.  

I don’t know if you heard, but swimming is really good for you! Not just to wash your fur, but it helps you chill!  One study my human read me said 68% of people who swim said being in water helps them feel good about themselves and a WHOPPING 74% said it helps release stress and tension… Exactly what I need after patrolling the yard for trespassing birds.
  
Humans: please try this swimming thing if you can.  Who doesn’t need a reduction in stress on a Monday?
