Sadness isn’t an enemy

One of the more unflinching, loving, and real conversations around loss due to suicide that we think we’ve ever heard.

Check out this beautiful and human(e) discussion with Mettle Health founder BJ Miller and Anderson Cooper. Both have experienced the loss of a loved one due to that person taking their own life, and discuss how this has affected them with honesty, love and compassion. Those we have lost are never really gone, they live on in us and the stories we tell to ourselves and others. We hope you’ll take a listen.

Thank you Anderson for having BJ on to discuss the huge topic of grief, we hope this will encourage others to think about loss in a deeper way.
