Quieting the mind

Life in general is stressful, let alone when you’re navigating an illness or caring for someone. We think mindfulness is a helpful practice for ALL OF US, and are so pleased to have had Radhule Weininger co-host our discussion on mindfulness and meditation. It’s hard to nail down a list of things to cover when it comes to mindfulness and meditation, as it is so unique to each person who is practicing it, but we did get some lovely thoughts on what meditation does for us - being with sorrow, and non-judgmental attention- as well as ways to think about starting a practice.

Extra special note: at about minute 40, Radhule leads a brief mindfulness session. If you need a moment of calm at any moment sometime soon, we suggest checking it out.
