Physical contact with earth

Hi humans, Maysie here with an exciting update: I’ll be doing a weekly Monday Mettle account take over to share some dog wisdom I’ve collected over the years (and a few things I’ve learned from cats as well) in the hope it will help with your biped existences.

Did you know that getting your paws into physical contact with the grass and dirt (really the earth), can help regulate your nervous system and keep your circadian rhythms synchronized with the day-night cycle? It’s true, I urge you to Googly it! So consider removing those feet prisons you guys seem to love so much and try it out.
