When I need a change in mental scenery, I like to listen to music. Did you know that music supports physical, mental AND emotional health. It can help regulate emotions, improve mood, enhance productivity and concentration, and it can even help us sleep better! (Not that I need that, as you can see I’m seconds away from a good nap at all times.)

Is there a type of music that helps you get to that place of improving mood? Classical, reggae, rock, R&B - what’s your favorite flavor that gets you to a new mental state?
