Ah have a helpful kitteh habit to share with yew on this blessed day: STREEEE-EEEEE-EEETCH. IT. OUT.

Stretching helps with flexibility, circulation, stress relief AND activates your parasympathetic nervous system. (Ah had to head to the dictionary for that one, pretteh much means it helps yer rest and digestion functions). Also it just straight feels gud!

In case yew haven’t noticed, kittehs do it all the time, how else do yew thinxs we stay so nimble, loose and relaxed?
