Climb stairs not mountains

Ever feel like you have a lot of things all over the place that need doing or thinking about in your day? Nap time? Food? Treats? Eat the cat’s food? Maybe nap now? Squirrels? Go for a walk? Dinner food when? All together this can form what feels like a mountain, and mountains are tough to handle, (take it from my arthritic paws).

Turns out a a high-level perspective can make this process easier: laying everything out and taking a bird’s eye view can help clarify the bigger picture and prioritize what’s essential and what can wait, so instead of mountain it’s a set of stairs you climb one at a time (still hard on my paws, but you get the idea)🐾
