Be gentle with others and yourself

Be gentle with others and yourself, there are many reasons to be, but these are two wonderful ones.

We feel pretty strongly that the more we can see someone else’s perspective or see similarities to our own experiences, the more empathy and kindness we can cultivate. That’s not to say you have to AGREE with someone else, but just knowing their experience if different may help open up a whole new way of relating and connecting to that person.
