An interview with Survival of the Kindest

Check out the lovely interview between Mettle Health founder BJ Miller and Jullian Abel of Survival of the Kindest. Pretty sure this is the most laughter we’ve heard in a podcast in a long time and what better way to discuss important issues like palliative care, death and dying, disability and medicine than with a little bit of levity?

This particular quote captures a moment of discussion about pets, and that’s something we at Mettle Health feel strongly about. Our pets are part of our chosen family, and the anticipatory grief around them becoming older, getting sick or feelings of loss after a death is just as potent as the loss of a human.

We hope you’ll check it out when you have a free moment. Just head to the link and click on “Podcast: Survival of the Kindest”
